The exception this time is the tap with the fitting name Bold, from the Italian manufacturer IB Rubinetti.
Undantaget den här gången är en kran med det passande namnet Bold, från den italienska tillverkaren IB Rubinetti.
The Bold tap is actually an entire collection of taps so that you can get a version that suits your particular needs. It is also available in ten different finishes. Design wise it is clearly industrial in its focus on function and I find the Bold Collection to be really modern and timeless.
Kranen Bold är faktiskt en hel kollektion med kranar så att man kan få en kran som verkligen passar de specifika krav man har. Den finns också i tio olika ytbehandlingar. Sett till designen är den helt klart industriell, med funktion i första rummet och jag tycker att Bold-kranarna är riktigt moderna och tidlösa.
The design of the Bold taps is pared down in order to focus on the lever, that is available in two versions, with either a more traditional lever or a hand wheel.
Formgivningen är sparsmakad, som för att lämna mer utrymme för handtaget, som finns i två olika versioner, antingen med ett vanligare handtag eller ett skruvhjul.
I think that the clean and robust aesthetics and the strong functional design are the things that give the Bold collection its character – I will be sure to include it in any future bathroom plans.
Jag tycker att det råa och rena utseendet och den funktionella designen är det som ger Bold-kranarna sin karaktär – jag ska helt klart ta med dem i mina framtida badrumsplaner.
