Jag älskar hus och redan som liten skissade jag ner planlösningar på olika fantasihus som jag någon gång kanske skulle ha möjlighet att bygga. Nu har det inte blivit så ännu men drömmen om att bygga ett nytt vackert hus lever kvar. Som vuxen däremot har jag upptäckt att de flesta hus som byggs ser likadana ut och det är oftast stora byggföretag som köper upp stora områden och bygger likadana hus på hela området. Otroligt tråkigt och fantasilöst! Är kreativiteten i husbranschen död? Inte riktigt, faktiskt, för jag hittade ett husföretag som jag inte kände till sedan innan, Intressanta hus. Jag har valt ut 3 favoriter från deras hus och ville visa er dem här.
I love houses! I started early in life around twelve to do sketches of dream houses that I hoped to build in the future. That has never happened yet but the dream of building a house has never died. As I grew up I noticed that there are not many dream houses built, they all look almost the same and I refuse to believe that we all dream alike. The house companies buy big areas of land and then sell the same type of houses to everyone in that area, that is what they offer, it is boring and uninteresting! I do not think the creativity among the house building business is dead though and since I found Intressanta Hus there is still hope. I have chosen three favourites of their houses that I wanted to show you here.
Villa Tidö är ett vackert hus bestående av två huskroppar som byggts ihop och skapat en mysig innergård. Huset är på 197 kvm och består av sju rum och kök. Det är ritat av Anders Holmberg Arkitekter. The house Tidö is a beautiful house that consists of two houses built together creating a courtyard in between. The house is 197 square meters and contains seven rooms and a kitchen. Det andra huset som jag har valt är Villa Tryskär, en vacker skapelse i betong. Valet av samma betongväggar, golv och innertak inne som ute ger huset en härligt rymlig känsla och ute känns lite mer som en förlängning av innemiljön. Huset är på 167 kvm och har en biyta på 88 kvm, det består av fem rum och kök. Alla bilder kommer från Intressanta hus där ni även hittar mer information och fler bilder.
The second house I have chosen is Villa Tryskär a beautiful concrete contemporary house. The inner and outer walls are both in concrete as well as the floors and ceiling which make the house feel more spacious and the outdoor environment feels more of an extension of interior of the house. Det sista huset är Villa Holmberg som är ett vackert trähus med spröjsade fönster i industriell stil. Huset har en inre takhöjd i halva huset på 6 meter och 2,70 i andra halvan. Det skapar en inredningsbar vind på 60 kvm, annars är huset på 132 kvm och innehåller fem rum och kök. The last house is Villa Holmberg which is a beautiful house with a wooden facade and large windows in industrial style. The headroom is 6 meters in half the house and 2,70 in the other half, which I love. That creates an attic space of 60 square meters that you can design however you like. The house without the attic is 132 square meters and contains five rooms and a kitchen. The house is designed by Intressanta Hus from where I have borrowed the pictures. Read more on their website. I like this house’s traditional look and that at the same time has so much modern features.
