Jag såg den här villan hos Våningen och villan och blev riktigt förtjust. Huset är på 220 kvm och ligger på en stor tomt på nästan 1400 kvm i Kävlinge och kostar 6,5 milj.
I saw this beautiful house at Våningen & Villan and I liked it a lot. Great contemporary architecture in a perfect size of 220 square meters. It has a rather large garden of almost 1400 square metres in Kävlinge in the south of Sweden and the price is 6,5 million SEK.
Villan har ett snyggt vardagsrum med mycket ljus och härlig takhöjd. Jag tycker om pelaren i mitten av rummet som delar av det på ett snyggt sätt, det hade varit ännu bättre om pelaren istället hade varit en centralt placerad öppen spis.
The house has a nice livingroom with much light and the height to the ceiling makes it feel spacious. I like the pillar in the middle that devides the room nicely, if the pillar would have been an open fireplace, instead, I would have liked it even more. 
Ett vackert uterum att ta en kopp te i och njuta av den vackra naturen.
A beautifully decorated conservatory, I would have loved to sit there with a cup of tea and gaze out into the gorgeous nature.
Ett snyggt och rymligt kök och i det för övrigt vita rummet tillför träluckorna en varm och skön känsla.
Such a stylish and spacious kitchen and the wood gives the otherwise white room a warm feeling.
Ett gigantiskt trädäck finns i trädgården där det även finns en pool. Huset är också riktigt snyggt på utsidan.
A large wooden decking is in the garden that also contains a pool. The house looks really nice on the outside, as well.
